  My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bitner in North Arlington for years and have always appreciated her care and professionalism. Recently, as she was preparing to retire, we transitioned to her partner, Dr. K, who also seems to be a competent and caring doctor, and Dr. Bitner spoke highly of her.<br><br>Unfortunately, our recent experiences with prescription refills have been extremely frustrating. Pharmacies' requests have gone unanswered, and today I called regarding sensor refills--not medications--only to speak with a staff member named Manuella. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked why we couldn't get more than one refill at a time, she repeatedly said it was the doctor's policy. When I requested to speak directly with the doctor, she put me on hold and came back saying, essentially, "If you don't like it, change doctors."<br><br>This type of behavior is unacceptable.   this office doesn't always pick up and has you on hold for 20mins to 30mins no matter what time of day you call, i have waited to the point the answering services calles them for me. would not recommend !!

  Been coming to this practice for both Dr K and Dr B, the front staff is very disorganized. They welcome walk ins without acknowledging people who have responsibly made appointments, don't take into consideration people have lives and work. Reason I'm writing this review is my husband and I waited exactly 68 minutes to be seen. We arrived promptly for our appointment for just a follow up. I understand some doctors may be on vacation so they're busy, but this takes into account the secretaries reasonably making these appointments and using their brains when scheduling because how were there 6 people waiting when we came on time? Might start looking elsewhere because this isn't even the main concern, it's how the doctor isn't even reachable by phone or to explain anything they're quick to take your money. 2 min follow up 50$. Could've found my info on google. Thanks for letting me know in person my cholesterol is 117 and to change my diet for 50$ and more than 1 hour wait.

  If you're not polish, don't bother coming here. The doctor is great, but the receptionists are rude.. they don't care for anyone that isn't polish. They will make you wait for hours to be seen, just to never be seen. I came here to have a referral to another doctor I need to see. Now that doctor will have to REACH out to this office for that referral. Especially since I will no longer be coming back here after the way I was treated.. so I will be changing my pcp, but until then. My doctor will most likely need the referral, so he/she will have to reach out to the doctors here since I was unable to get it. They also never answer the phone, and put you on hold until you hang up, or they will eventually hang up on you. If your seeking a kind place to receive your healthcare, this place is not it !!!
