  One of my favorite Dunkin' locations! I come here often, and I really appreciate the team that works here.<br><br>They are always friendly and attentive when taking orders. Even two years ago, when I had just moved to the U.S. and barely spoke any English, the staff was always patient with me and made sure they understood my order correctly. I still remember and appreciate that.<br><br>The place is clean, there are tables where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or food, and the restroom is always available -- which, as a coffee drinker, is honestly very important to me <br><br>Recently, I also started buying bags of Dunkin' ground coffee to make at home, and I really enjoy the flavor.<br><br>A special thank you to the team here for always creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You guys are great!

  Terrible service and completely unwilling to assist long time customers. I'm better off going to the Starbucks in town

  So the last time I went there with my husband to try the Oreo coolatta. My husband said Oreo coolatta to the guy there about 5 times. It was very clear he doesn't have an accent. The guy put in Oreo chiller. The young girl made it when my husband showed me it said coffee. I told him we said coolatta and that has no coffee he said it did. Like oh it's going to be blue raspberry coolatta with coffee too? He told us that if we wanted coolatta we had to order it as vanilla bean coolatta with Oreo. Like no it clear as day on the sign that said Oreo coolatta. Can't help if it's too hard for people to know the difference between chiller and coolatta. I can't fault the girl because she doing what he put in. He had her make it again. Which if he listened he wouldn't have to do that. So we were charged for the chiller so what's that an extra $.50 over a coolatta? Don't know. I rarely go into Dunkin and now I have more of a reason not to go. The sign here was only showing one size it should have

  One of the employees unlocked the door on my friend and I while I was on the toilet. He then had the audacity to tell us that we were "going to fight" inside the bathroom, though we did nothing wrong and were just normally using the restroom. Also to mention, my friend and I are two teenage girls. Another employee began to yell at us as-well, stating that we are "too grown" to go in the bathroom together. My friend and I did absolutely nothing wrong and I feel as if my privacy was completely violated. I go to this Dunkin often and multiple people go into the bathroom with eachother with no problems, so why were we violated? This situation left me incredibly uncomfortable and the employees here are rude and disgusting. GROWN MEN SHOULD NOT UNLOCK AND OPEN THE DOOR ON YOUNG GIRLS IN THE RESTROOM.
