  <br><br>I had an excellent experience at The Sylvan in Englewood Cliffs, and a big part of that was because of Jake, the leasing agent. From the moment I met him, Jake was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make the entire leasing process feel comfortable and stress-free.<br><br>Jake was never pushy or rushed. He made sure I had the information I needed and was happy to take the time to walk me through the property and explain the different options available. His professionalism and customer service really stood out and made a great impression.<br><br>The Sylvan itself is a beautiful community with a modern, upscale atmosphere, great amenities, and an excellent location in Englewood Cliffs. However, having someone like Jake representing the property makes the experience even better.<br><br>I would definitely recommend The Sylvan to anyone looking for a luxury apartment o

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this property, especially when dealing with the property manager, BRIAN COX . In my experience, communication was extremely unprofessional, and I felt that conversations were sometimes handled in a way that changed or misrepresented what had previously been said. There was also a lack of accountability when it came to statements that were made.<br>I was also uncomfortable with inappropriate jokes and gossip occurring around the property. The fact that a manager lives on the property does not change the importance of maintaining professional boundaries, especially when they continue to work there.<br>Unfortunately, I also found the maintenance operation to be very unprofessional, with poor communication, inconsistent workmanship, and disappointing overall quality.<br>Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other properties before making a decision.

  I am soooo happy living here!! As a designer, I'm not easily impressed. I see all the details and I know lots of ways builders choose to save money. This complete new build is beyond anything I've ever seen. The creativity and design put into every aspect of the apts, townhomes and amenities is seriously fabulous. And the extra's that you don't normally get in rentals - under cabinet lighting, gorgeous landscaping and rooftop, lots of outdoor space to enjoy, and so much cabinet space and closet space I can't even fill it up!<br>But mostly, the people who live here and the people who work here are all soooo nice, respectful, and friendly. I've finally found my peace.

  This luxury apartment complex is stunningly beautiful. The amenities are fabulous and the entire staff are here to assist with such a positive perspective that it makes living here so very nice.<br><br>The decor, the various community living areas as well as the gym and the pool are so well done it's a pleasure every day to luce here.<br><br>I'm very happy to have chosen the Sylvan.<br><br>I highly recommend visiting the Sylvan if you are looking in Northern NJ

  As a first time apartment renter, I was concerned about how comfortable things would be at The Sylvan. Could not be more pleased with living here for over one month now. From our application to move in day, everyone we dealt with was helpful and handled our questions promptly. Well built construction is evident everywhere. Our unit was in perfect condition upon moving in. One minor issue (porch door lock was hard to operate) was quickly addressed by Anthony who was friendly and professional! The app is easy to use to send messages to management. The amenities are beautiful: pool, gym, (needs a few more machines for chest, arms,....) grills, rooftop sitting, office space,....are too numerous to mention. Package delivery is a nice touch too. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Assisted me with navigating the app when I needed it. Even though 9W is right out front, it is very quiet with the doors and windows closed.
