I took a package to return and the post office lady tried to scan the code once and said that the code is not working so I can either reprint the mailing code or pay for shipping. She didn't even try rescanning. I took the package to Fort Lee post office and there was no issue with scanning.

Went here to mail a package and the first thing the clerk did was ask me to rate the service on the machine while standing there watching me. Super uncomfortable.<br>Isn't that supposed to be after the transaction? Felt like they were trying to get good ratings before even helping customers.<br>The employee was already pretty unfriendly, so the whole interaction just felt awkward and fake. Management should probably address this because it leaves a really bad impression.

If you want to be treated like crap by two female workers there, go ahead. It used to be decent here. I'm taking about worse than DMV.<br><br>Terrible attitude, staff really need an attitude adjustment. Condescending, rude, acting like they are doing you a favor. Lip smacking, eye rolling, acting almighty. If you hate your job, do us all a favor and quit. No one owes you anything. Stop making everyone miserable just for asking a simple question about the cost of shipping a simple package.

Avoid this location at all costs. The staff is rude to the point of being condescending and even a bit sadistic - they close before stated hours and will refuse service even if you arrived 15 minutes before and finished boxing up your package, actively shutting the system down, then claiming they can't help you even though it's not yet 5 PM. All while smirking. Avoid. The woman on staff Dec 11 at 4:45 PM is the worse service employee I've ever come across.
