  I go to get my filter & oil to get it change give her my registration ahe gives me a ticket to get it myself i go to the aisle i dont kno what im lookin for i just let the store horrible customer service ..i will never go there again...then i call them to ask if associates dont help they said no we have to get it our self to then tell me to hold on for for 10 min for what? Horrible business noone was even in the store

  Outstanding experience at the Garfield location. Angel, the store manager, went above and beyond helping me diagnose and replace my car battery.<br><br>He took time to explain the testing process, safe installation, answer my various questions, and share lessons on general car maintenance instead of just selling me parts.<br><br>Angel was patient, knowledgeable, and genuine. I'll definitely be returning to this location.
