How did i not know about this place sooner??? Been searching for a new injector for some time and finally found Katey. She's super sweet, knowledgeable and very good at what she does! I had been using botox and dysport for years. She turned me on to Jeuveau and the results are fabulous! So good that someone asked me if I had my "eyes done" ... as in an eye lift! Love it!!!! AND the prices are very reasonable. My results kicked in almost immediately and were so good 2 of my friends went for services the very next day after I went. Highly recommend!!!!

Katey is awesome, I'm so happy we found her! She took care of us right away and made us feel so comfortable. She is so sweet & really cares about your goals & is amazing at achieving them! She did such a great job on our tox! Looking forward to seeing her again soon!

I have been to many spa places before and by far CWS surpassed them all. I can't express enough regarding the services I have received from Katey Siegel RN. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable before getting started, and throughout the process! The procedure was quick and painless, and the results have been the best I have experience AMAZING!! What really set Katey apart is her genuine care for her clients. She prescribed all the post treatment remedies to me, making sure I get the best results. Katey is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and has a beautiful personality!!
