Gencarellis in a "word".... actually 2 words... "AUTHENTIC & PHENOMENAL". Love how hospitable staff is. Just to keep it short... The food and and menu is PHENOMENAL. everything I've gotten is on point! I LOVE the grilled chicken with Broccoli rabe. Great place with great food. Won't be disappointed

Gencarellis of Lyndhurst absolutely BLEW ME AWAY with their Pasta Bread Bowl special! <br><br>I'm someone who always has bread with my pasta, but this took it to a WHOLE new level! A delicious, crispy, golden bread bowl filled with flavorful pasta, creamy dollops of cheese, and fresh herbs--and getting a bite of that amazing bread with EVERY bite of pasta?! WOW. It was creative, unique, delicious, and packed with flavor. I honestly didn't want it to end! <br><br>But what makes Gencarellis even more special is their team. The servers are always so helpful, attentive, and quick, and they have a way of making you feel completely comfortable--like you're sitting down for dinner at home with family. <br><br>Every person on their team is always so kind and welcoming to me, my family, and especially my son. The food is delicious! The marinara sauce has that nonna taste! Get ready to take some food home due to the portion size! Servers are the best and great with kids! This place is now our regular place for great Italian food!
