Lynn Wagner is extremely rude and unprofessional - hangs up on you for a simple request. Would not recommend working with this agent or an agency that employs someone this unhelpful and inconsiderate.

I've been with Otterstedt Insurance Agency for over 20 years, covering both my personal and business insurance. I've consistently paid on time and maintained a long-standing relationship with the firm.<br><br>Unfortunately, my recent experience during a claim has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, calls were not returned and communication was lacking at a time when support is most critical.<br><br>Insurance is ultimately tested when you actually need it, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations for responsiveness or service. It's frustrating to have decades of loyalty and then feel unsupported when it matters most.<br><br>I hope this is addressed, but based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to consider how important responsiveness is when choosing an agency.
