    My overall experience with this VFW was horrible, mainly because of Brandon. Throughout the entire week of planning and setup, we were given misinformation, and when we tried to clarify things, he denied ever saying what he had told us before.<br><br>During setup, he even threatened to cancel our party while we were decorating, which was extremely stressful and unprofessional. On top of that, he was making loud and disruptive noises with his tools while my fiance and I were trying to get everything ready.<br><br>After the party, things got worse when he tried to keep our full deposit, claiming we didn't clean the floors properly even though the mop provided to us was dirty and even frozen.<br><br>Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend renting this location

    the venue was nice and clean, the woman that helped us the day of the party was great but when it was time to get our security deposit back, they gave us the run around. i called 3 times and spoke to 3 different people telling me that Brandon, the guy who apparently takes care of the security deposits, was not there and would call me back the following day. 2 weeks have passed since we were supposed to get our deposit back and still nothing. to top it off Dave, the last guy to answer my call, made derogatory comments when he thought i couldn't hear him on the phone. this place was very quick to take our money but now won't return what is ours. would have loved to use them again but definitely won't due to one horrible staff member.
