  After a recommendation from a friend, I visited Christine for a massage to address persistent back and shoulder pain that had been bothering me for almost a year. Christine carefully listened to my concerns and targeted these areas and her technique was nothing short of magical. But what impressed me most was her holistic approach- she gave me advice on posture and stretches to help alleviate future strain and it was evident she was knowledgeable<br>about anatomy and how each muscle works. I immediately noticed a difference after the first session and am sooooo looking forward to going back! For the first time in a long while I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Christine!

  Christine is amazing! She listened to my concerns about my chronic shoulder pain and my bunion. As gentle as she was, she really got into those sore points and gave me the "good pain" that relieved that constant pressure! I walked out feeling relieved and relaxed. And felt even better the next day.

  Where do I begin?? Christine is AMAZING!! Not only is knowledgeable in all things pertaining to the muscles, she also genuinely cares to make you feel better. Her massages are so therapeutic that you can feel the difference right away. You rarely get this kind of one-on-one attention at other "spas" or with other massage therapists. I feel so lucky to have found her and will follow here wherever she goes!! Trust me... you won't regret it!!
