WARNING -- Be very careful with this place. I contacted Jen Spa for a $180 massage. They asked me to send $90 upfront, which I paid and I have proof of the payment. After receiving my $90, they asked me for another $250 as a deposit. I refused to send any more money and did not go to the appointment. I asked for my $90 back and they promised to refund it within 24 hours. It has now been 20 days and I still have not received my refund. I have proof of the payment and our messages regarding the promised refund. This was an extremely concerning experience and I would not recommend sending them any money in advance Definitely don't go here; they are scammers.

A perfect way to celebrate my birthday! My friend and I had an amazing experience at Jen Massage Spa. Every moment was worth the price, and we loved that we could relax and enjoy the spa for up to 7 hours with our service.<br><br>I treated myself to the body scrub and massage, and it was absolutely heavenly. The spa was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and respectful, creating such a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit.

I really enjoyed their service! At first, I was a bit hesitant because they required upfront payment to book, and we went back and forth about it. However, I decided to trust my instincts, and I'm glad I did. The service was excellent, professional, and worth it. Thank you, guys, for such a great experience. I'll definitely recommend you to others!
