Whoever answers the phone at this place is not helpful at all. I called to ask for a recommendations on what size truck I would need to move from a 2 bedroom apartment. The guy on the phone hung up the first call, second call he told me to call u-haul. I called another u-hual dealer and immediately got an answer and made a reservation with them. Btw it was 15 footer for anyone else with a similar questions but save urself the stress and look into another dealer besides this place
