I was here more than a week ago for a pedicure and it literally still looks perfect. Probably the best pedicure I've ever had. It was my first time here and I was a walk in. I'll definitely be back!

Jess and her team were incredible. They did such an amazing job and were so welcoming to us. I went in with my daughter and we just moved here and they could not have been nicer. They did such a great job on our manicure and pedicures and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, after giving this salon several chances over the years, I cannot recommend it based on my experiences.<br><br>A few years ago, I had a very concerning experience where my natural nail was drilled excessively deep, to the point that the underlying skin beneath the middle of the nail was exposed. I decided to give the salon another opportunity about a year later, assuming the first experience may have been an isolated incident. During that visit, the Department of Health happened to be conducting an inspection, and there were concerns regarding the salon's Barbicide/disinfection practices. That was understandably unsettling.<br><br>Despite these experiences, I decided to give the salon one final opportunity just two days ago, hoping that things had improved. The salon was clean, and there was little to no wait, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match what I was charged. After I left, I noticed the polish on one hand was crinkled and uneven instead of smooth. Within 3/4 days, my gel manicure was already chipping.<br><br>The salon also does not clearly display or discuss pricing before the service. I should have asked in advance, especially since I was in a rush preparing for travel, but clearer pricing upfront would have been helpful. Overall, while the experience was pleasant, I was disappointed with the quality and value of the service.
