If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for years (not regularly, every so often). I go here purely out of convenience bc it's so close to my home. Every time I go, they always miss something- whether it's a messy paint job, not leaving it clean, leaving nails bumpy, lifting polish - it's ALWAYS something. As a single mom I'm truthfully too tired to complain or find another place.<br><br>This weekend was the last straw. Marina left my toenail infected and Jessica left my hand nails bumpy and poorly manicured. I got my pedicure and hopped on a plane, by the time I got off the plane, I could barely walk and now my entire vacation is ruined bc of an infection.<br><br>I have heard people complain before in front of me, I've even heard women screaming at the front desk people and thought they were crazy. Now I know they're not.<br><br>Thank you for nothing.

I've been coming to fine touch for years now . Since Anna left, I've gotten many recommendations to see Gaby for a pedicure . Made an appointment last week for Today @ 3:30pm . I arrived at 3:15 . Upon arrival, Gaby was finishing up on a client. Around 3:43 is when she cut my toenails. At 3:45, she stopped and decided to wax that same client that she just finished. It's not fair that I made an appointment and had to wait almost 20 minutes for my pedicure to begin (3:50) . I will not be booking another appointment here or with Gaby again.

I booked this place for the first time while being in the Hackensack area. I got a pedicure July 3rd 2026 with Evelyn. She was so incredibly kind & did an amazing pedicure with perfect polish!! My feet looked so beautiful & the entire pedicure process was so soothing & relaxing!! Evelyn was so incredibly sweet. I am recovering from a surgery & went there at my 2 week mark. I was still a bit weak but just wanted to feel like myself again. I could not have gotten a kinder person & an amazing relaxing environment. I will definitely be back!!
