I wish I had read the reviews before rolling over my retirement funds. I had the exact same experience as Jeff R.--a classic bait and switch.<br><br>TIAA is unable to properly convert rollover funds from other retirement accounts and offers a very limited investment portfolio. Once your money is transferred, you're essentially left in the dark until you escalate the issue yourself.<br><br>They showed no urgency or accountability during a critical time. Save yourself the stress--go elsewhere!

TIAA is a horrible company for managing customer assets. They are unable to convert Roll Over funds in a timely way from one place to theirs.<br><br>They lack sensitivity of time lines and fail ongoing to resolve an issues until it escalates further.
