  I made an appointment to see a neurologist and I was refused to choose who I want to see. According to this office I have to see a doctor that I saw about 2 years ago that I didn't like at all.<br>She did not even check me she only charged my insurance and me. That's all she did. Her professional attitude was poor and was kind of nasty. I'm talking about the BALANCE & DiZZINESS Center in Englewood, N J

  My visit to the Balance and Dizziness Center answered many questions I had about my health, particularly my struggles to maintain my balance as I move about. The whole team conducted themselves with professionalism. I was treated with respect, and my questions were often anticipated and always answered completely. I especially appreciated the savings of time and angst, having all testing accomplished in one afternoon and in one location. Dr Galina Shenfeld interpreted the findings in a way that I could understand and answered any questions that I had. She recommended what my next steps could be and made referrals that would work for me. I am so grateful that I visited the Balance and Dizziness Center and recommend that others who are having balance and/or dizziness would benefit from going there as well.

  I've been experiencing dizziness and tried so many things. I found this clinic and booked an appointment. Everyone there was soo nice. They did thorough testing and were able to tell me what was wrong and what are my next steps. I finally felt a sense of relief knowing what was wrong with me. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I really appreciated the kindness. I felt seen as a patient and my concerns were heard and taken seriously. Thank you everyone!

  I have been looking for answers to vertigo for 10-15 years. Pretty much immediately they knew what was wrong. The CEO is an amazing diagnostician and knows what she is doing. Plus she is compassionate and kind. Highly recommend.<br><br>Eta: I originally gave a 5 star review but I can't in good conscience let people think the neurologist is a great doc. He is abrupt. He raises his voice. He speaks over you when you try to ask a question. I had this experience twice with him and would never go back to him. Ever.
