  I visited this salon two weeks ago on August 16th for a mani/pedi. I was pleasantly surprised to find them open on a Sunday with no other customers. The service was amazing, and I left feeling pampered.<br><br>However, I recently received a disappointing update on August 27th. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. My mom called yesterday to make an appointment for two manicures, but the women at the salon were completely unaware of the scheduling process. When my mom mentioned that we had visited the salon before, it seemed as though the staff had no idea what she was talking about.<br><br>I called to confirm my appointment, but when I asked about a pedicure, the women were curt and said no. I understand that many people need end-of-summer pedicures, but what baffled me was their response to being asked for a design. They stated that they don't do designs or French manicures??   If you haven't been here since the new management took over, you're missing out! <br><br>This nail salon has truly transformed. The team is attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in. Their talent and attention to detail are exceptional--they did an amazing job on my nails!<br><br>The salon is spotless, the atmosphere is relaxing with soothing music, and every visit feels like a little self-care retreat. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are dedicated to providing an outstanding experience.<br><br>Highly recommend supporting this wonderful establishment.   I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The prices are very reasonable, and my pedicure lasted much longer than I expected. The staff were friendly and professional, making the whole visit really enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail care!

  I truly recommend this nail salon. The nails techs are so nice & they do an amazing jobs with nails.Book an appointment with Elvira ,you won't regret it.
