Have called multiple times, was directed to call same number different extension by every single extension...if you are non ambulatory, good luck. This company clearly does not care to help the people who actually need it.

Quisiera saber cual es el horario la conductora que es colombiana paso de largo y sabiendo que yo estaba esperando el bus y trata a los customer con mala actitud les pide el pase y ademas quiero saber cual es el nuevo horario porque ya no pasa a la hora que siempre lo hacia

I use a shuttle from my apartment to get to the train station. For the most part it's good and on time, but there have been countless times where the driver would get to the complex early and leave before the scheduled pick up time, and today my bus was 25 minutes late making me miss my train. These busses are supposed to run on schedule to give riders ample time to get on the train. I can understand 5 minutes late, even 10 mins late, but 25 minutes late is unacceptable.

No quiero generalizar pero hay una Chofer Hispana por cierto muy autoritaria y grosera , entiendo Que necesitas mostrar el ticket para ingresar al bus pero la manera con que ella se dirije especficamente a mi es grosera y hostil porque ella alega tener muchos anos trabajando para Ez Ride, pero eso no le da derecho de hablar con prepotencia creo que todo lo que vivimos en la comunidad pagamos por este servicio no son todas es ella

Getting someone to answer takes FOREVER. I actually checked and the length of time I spent trying to book a ride was longer than the duration of my ride.<br><br>Don't be fooled into thinking requesting a callback would be faster because you will be highly disappointed.<br><br>Also, the customer service agents are very inconsistent with the rules they want to implement, with one lady in particular being very rude.<br><br>I've requested rides through this company atleast 10 times in the past month and if they were linked to the corporate account I use, I would never use their services again.
