  Tye is an absolute lifesaver. We were at an event at the Javits Center when the blower on our ticket blaster machine burnt out mid-show. Tye was incredibly responsive and immediately got me all the information I needed. Within an hour of reaching out, he had a replacement picked up, delivered, and fully running. Working with him was a seamless experience.

  All,<br><br>I can't speak highly enough about my recent experience with United, and in particular, Andrew. If you're looking for exceptional service, look no further.<br><br>This past week, we encountered an AC outage at a rental property in the Hamptons, just as our tenant was preparing to host a weekend event. Understandably, with temperatures soaring, the situation was urgent. The diagnosis of our malfunction would take 24 hours, with potential delays for parts, Andrew got to work.<br><br>In less than an hour, he had devised a contingency plan, securing units to address the issue swiftly if our system couldn't be repaired in time. Fortunately, the repair turned out to be straightforward, and the equipment wasn't needed.<br><br>Despite not needing the equipment Andrew's efforts, and clear professional communication throughout the process, leaves me compelled to share this positive feedback.<br><br>Best,<br><br>Martin H.
