I lived at RiverClub Apartments for many years, and I would not recommend that anyone move here. During my time there, there was constant noise every single day. The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors using the bathroom and doing other activities. There was also black mold coming out of the faucets in my apartment. In my opinion, the property manager was unhelpful and did not address residents' concerns effectively. The complex also seemed to charge fees for nearly everything in addition to the monthly rent.

What a Downgrade in the last 6 months!
So greedy it feels kind of unethical, hidden fees out of nowhere.
Thats what happens when you can't be consistent with the management and don't care about the residents, only the money, and cannot even sanitize the dog park or paint the parking lanes.
6 years here and never felt so unappreciated and threatened with legalities.

We've lived at RiverClub Apartments for six months now, and compared to our previous apartment complex, this community has been incredibly quiet. We especially appreciate that now that we have a baby.

Maria, our leasing manager, was wonderful during our move-in process. We experienced a few issues with the AC and hot water, but whenever we submitted a maintenance request, the team responded promptly and resolved the problems quickly.

I've seen some reviews mentioning noise concerns. While we occasionally hear our upstairs neighbors, I think that's fairly common in apartment living, and it has never been excessive or disruptive for us. If complete silence is a priority, a single-family home might be a better fit.

We also love the pool area and the grill stations, which residents can use anytime. The riverwalk right next to the apartments has been a huge bonus, and there are several retail stores within a 10 minute walk. The location truly is unbeatable.

Overa

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I could not wait to move out of River Club Apartments. I rented one of the townhomes expecting peace and privacy but the walls and floors are so thin that living there became unbelievably stressful. The downstairs neighbor constantly banged on the ceiling/floor over completely normal daytime walking. We went out of our way to accommodate the situation, we had FIVE rugs throughout the apartment living trying to reduce noise and it still wasn't enough.

What was most disappointing was management's response. Instead of actually addressing the building's terrible sound insulation or resolving the situation properly, they mostly just sent emails back and forth while we continued living in a hostile environment. My 3 yo became terrified to enjoy normally inside our own apartment because we were constantly worried about more banging and complaints.

For the amount they charge, the quality is unacceptable. The rent increases were outrageo

10 things you should consider before moving in to the River Club Apartments.

1. Be prepared for your rent to increase by 20%. This happened to us and it's why a lot of people are always moving out.
2. Poor construction decisions. The floors are made of wood and there's no insulation of sound. The floors used to be carpeted but they changed that. So if you live in the more expensive upstairs floors with 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Your neighbors downstairs will complain if you have young kids that play and run around the apartment. If you have toddlers you know what I am talking about. Our neighbor below took every opportunity to bang on our door because she said we were too loud. We had a 2.5 year old. We bought black mats to put everywhere. We were paying so much money for the apartment and our floors looked so ugly to keep our downstairs neighbors happy, and they still weren't happy. We had to move out.
3. They put lipstick on a pig. The apartments were built in 1998. So the s
