  I switched to Proaxis Tax & Accounting beg of the year and wish I'd done it sooner. My books were a mess when I came to them, and their bookkeeping representative got everything cleaned up and organized quickly, chart of accounts is so unbelievably clean and clear. When it came time to file business & individual tax returns they brought up deductions my previous CPA missed, which saved me real money. On top of that, they actually respond when I email or call, which was not my experience elsewhere. At any rate, if you run a small business and need bookkeeping or business tax help, I'd definitely recommend them 100%. Hopefully they still accept new clients!

  Extremely disappointing experience. We requested business consulting and completed all the required intake information well in advance. After waiting almost a week, we were assigned an inconvenient 8:30 PM appointment. To make matters worse, the representative spent the entire meeting re-asking basic questions we had already answered. They couldn't clarify if they could even assist us- only to follow up a few days later saying they couldn't take us on due to being at full capacity. The communication was bizarre, unhelpful, and a complete waste of our time.

  The service was excellent from start to finish. They helped with my bookkeeping and prepared my business tax return, making the entire process much easier and less stressful. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend them to other business owners looking for reliable bookkeeping and tax preparation services.

  I work with Dor for all of my general accounting needs and the service is always fast, professional, and excellent.<br>I have niche things do handle with my taxes such as contracting, twitch streaming, etc. Everything is handled here under one roof smoothly, would recommend them to anyone!
