  Lauren is one of my favorite yoga teachers. Her teaching is so thoughtful, intentional, and healing. She has amazing energy and makes everyone feel welcomed. Her studio is beautifully decorated and feels calming. She also provides great workshops with art, journaling, tapping, and more!

  As a special educator and child development professional, I can confidently say Lauren is amazing at what she does! She is truly child-first focused and thoughtfully tailors each session to meet the individual needs of her learners. She is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. My son and I both genuinely look forward to our sessions with her each week!

  As a healthcare professional and long-time yoga practitioner, I deeply appreciate how rare it is to find a space that truly embodies healing. SPOGA offers something truly special. It is a space where you feel immediately welcomed, supported, and connected, not only to yourself, but to a beautiful community. Lauren, facilitator and owner, creates a sacred, safe space that allows you to slow down and experience the true luxury of being present with yourself. Every class feels intentional and restorative. I am so grateful to have found this space.

  Miss Lauren or Lolo as Kaiden calls her is an amazing speech therapist. Her loving approach paired with patience and amazing learning techniques provided the necessary building blocks for my son Kaiden to excel in his speech. Today Kaiden is speaking fluently and picking up so many new vocabulary words thanks to the hard work and dedication of Lolo!!! I will be forever thankful to you Lauren . If your looking for a speech therapist please look no further you have found the perfect therapist that yields results :-)

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her program. Lauren comes from a world where developing children and promoting growth are everything. She understands children and gets them to engage. She is very patient, kind, and positive. SPOGA is a calming place where you and your child can interact and learn. It is a great way to spend quality time and it's good for children of any age!

  Lauren is the best speech therapist ever! She tailored her services to meet my son's needs and took the time to get to know him. She was patient, kind and understanding. She made the environment of learning speech fun and exciting for him. Her positive energy and reinforcement was always delivered with a smile!
