Had a fantastic experience at Icca Sushi in Ridgefield Park. This is a great neighborhood sushi spot with a really impressive variety. The sushi and sashimi are fresh, the specialty rolls are creative, and there are plenty of other options like seared specials, donburi, bento, gyoza, shumai, and noodles if you want something beyond the usual rolls.<br><br>I really enjoyed the quality and presentation of the food. You can tell there's a lot of care that goes into what they're serving, and the menu gives you plenty of reasons to come back and try something different next time.<br><br>The ownership was also a pleasure to talk to. I really enjoyed the conversation, and you can tell they take genuine pride in Icca Sushi and in creating a great experience for their customers.<br><br>Overall, Icca Sushi is definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're in Ridgefield Park and looking for fresh sushi, creative rolls, and a cozy neighborhood atmosphere. Great food, great variety, and great people

I've been a fan of Icca Sushi for the past two years. Once my boyfriend and I discovered this gem, we've never looked elsewhere. The variety of sushi, delicious appetizers, and the matcha mochi ice cream are simply unmatched. The owner is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, making every visit feel special. Plus, the restaurant's beautiful decor creates the perfect ambience for a memorable dining experience.
