To start off, I wish got the receptionist name but she was the sweetest ever. Unfortunately my hairstylist was on vacation but I needed someone quickly for my daughter's haircut<br>just before school started and scheduling over the phone was incredibly convenient, they stuck perfectly to my appointment time, and may I add the customer service is always outstanding! More over, my preteen left the salon the happiest with her new hair cut! It's not easy to find a hairstylist who had the patience and who values your concerns. They connected quickly! There were plenty of times in other salons that we felt rushed and left with a bad experience and with a bad haircut. But not at Substance Salon! Substance Salon is my home and now she found her forever home also! Thank you Jack!! My daughter found her new hair stylist!

I just got a haircut done by Jill and she killed it! I wanted to give a huge shout out to manny and Kelly as well. I thought my appointment was today but it was actually booked for the following day. It was totally my fault for the misunderstanding but all three of them were so accommodating and Jill was willing to squeeze me in ! Truly the best customer service I have ever encountered !! I'll definitely be coming back!

Gigi is amazing! I absolutely love my haircut. She took the time to carefully listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect result. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also so kind and welcoming. I left feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend Gigi to anyone looking for a great stylist!
