  Updated - Providers are great, but their billing is a nightmare to work with. Be prepared to deal with billing and insurance issues for over a year after therapy stops.<br><br>Original -The Excel team is fantastic - knowledgeable, empathetic, and work hard to ensure you feel better with each visit. They treat you as more than just a patient, would definitely recommend!

  I had a great experience working with Mayck Calle-Moran at Excel Physical Therapy. Mayck is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping his patients improve. He takes the time to listen, explains what he is doing and why, and tailors each session to how you're progressing rather than simply going through the motions.<br><br>What stood out most to me was how attentive and encouraging he was throughout the process. He made me feel comfortable, challenged me appropriately, and was always willing to answer questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he treats.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend Mayck to anyone looking for a physical therapist. Five stars and well deserved!

  I had a 6am appointment this morning and when I got there, I couldnt even get into the building. Someone finally let me in and the physical therapy office is not even open. At 6:06 am, a woman told me that the pelvic floor therapist tends to be late super nonchalantly as if people do not set early appointments because they have to be at work by a certain time. At 6:10, I decided to leave because this is super unprofessional at this point. If i can be up before 5am and drive over half an hour for a confirmed appointment I would hope the physical therapist would be there. This was a waste of time and I would not recommend this place at all.<br><br>Update: Heather called me at 6:13am and asks where I am. When I tell her that I left because I no longer have time for the full appointment she tells me she was only 3 minutes late - I then clarify that this is not possible. She tells me that her faighter had a mental breakdown and things happen, which I understand but this was my first visit a
