  I've been coming to this dry cleaner for 4 years and had always had a great relationship with Barry, Gloria, and Mike--until recently. On May 17th, I dropped off 4 shirts (including a Canali shirt) with Gloria. I even remember the conversation we had and texting her later that day about pet insurance. When I returned to pick them up, my shirts were missing. Barry and Mike claimed the facility they outsource to hadn't returned them, but when that vendor had no record, Barry became defensive and shockingly accused me of never dropping them off--implying I went somewhere else.<br><br>This was incredibly disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I have not used any other dry cleaner since moving here. Rather than helping me find a solution or taking any accountability, they became rude and dismissive. If they had simply apologized and offered to make things right, I wouldn't be writing this. But to be called a liar and treated with such disrespect is unacceptable.<b

  This place is horrible, I would not recommend they don't have a price list. When you ask for the price they never want to give the price to you. I went one day asking the guys please can you let me know how before I leave my clothes he gave me the price the next week I came back to pick up my clothes. The woman in there told me a different price. I show her my receipt with the price on it and she go like oh. I live in the neighborhood and this is so sad that I do not go there to help out a small business. I feel it's so unfair what they do in there. I am not sure if they look at your face your color are you a necessity before they give you a price. I strongly do not recommend this place
