Worst post office I have ever been to. It's a very small town so it's never even really that busy for the workers to be so rude. They don't want to work and have the worse attitudes. I live in Bogota but I go to other post offices which shouldn't be the case.

Says they close at 2pm but they close WAY before 2pm. Very inconsistent time and I do not want to generalize but the African-American lady who was there was very RUDE.

I called my local United States Postal Service office in Bogota NJ to ask a simple question about whether I could pick up an important check since I haven't received mail in several days. The woman who answered was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke to me with unnecessary attitude and aggression.<br><br>I understand they may be busy, but customers deserve basic respect. I wasn't demanding anything -- just asking for information. It was disappointing to be treated that way during an already stressful situation. I hope management addresses customer service because professionalism matters.
