This place is great. Room & breakfast 10, customer service is out of this world 1000/10. The person to thank is Jhavi, she gave us a great experience from check in to out this weekend. She helped us with local shops & restaurants, also with a makeup beauty tip that I can carry on for life haha. Jhavi's customer care is definitely one to remember. This is our new spot & I would recommend all to stay here!

Everyone who works here is amazing but hands down the best is Jahvi! Always so kind, helpful and personable!!! She makes living a hotel actually enjoyable! Thanks for staffing the best of the best! They should all be rewarded for their excellent customer service!

My experience at this Hilton Home 2 Suites has always been excellent . The hotel is clean, and decorated beautifully. The continental breakfast is always well prepared and is a great addition to our stay. The front desk staff is always great and welcoming. We have been visiting Home2Suites for many years. Abdel one of the front desk associates, has consistently been professional, friendly,and welcoming to my husband and I during our many stays. Employees like Abdel are a wonderful reflection of the hotel and his outstanding customer service is one of the reasons we continue to feel welcome whenever we stay.

Convenient to the NYC area while working about. Clean. They actually act like they care about the property. As a frequent Hilton customer, nice to see, especially in an urban setting like this. Rooms are just the usual for the brand. Beds softer than most Hilton properties. Smells clean here.
