My first time there was a pretty mediocre experience. The ambiance of the place was great, but if you love to bowl like I do, the lanes are terribly oiled. The main reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because of how we were treated at the end of our visit. My friend and I bought two drinks and asked an employee if they had two plastic cups we could use to take them to go. He kindly said no, which was completely fine. However, I misunderstood him and thought he meant it was okay to take the drinks with us in the glasses they were already in. As we were walking out, the manager rudely stopped us and demanded that we come back inside. We apologized and explained that we had misunderstood, but he responded, "No, you knew what you were doing." I understand that we made a mistake, but we genuinely misunderstood the employee and were not trying to steal anything. Our youth group had an amazing time at Lucky Strike. The team there was kind & helpful. They even decorated for us. Thanks to Ty & Jeannie for a memorable night!

We had such a good experience here! John was hilarious, helpful, and made sure we had a great time. The service was excellent, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out! Only downside is that occasionally it gets packed!

We've been coming here for about 3 years now and have always had a great experience. John is super helpful, funny, and makes us feel welcome every time we come in. Definitely one of our favorite places to bowl and we'll keep coming back!
