  It is disappointing that even though the gastroenterologist is excellent the preop nurses lack intravenous placing skills. It is unacceptable that they have to poke somebody with good veins 4 times. It is unacceptable to state that " I don't place IV in the dorsum of the hands. I expect better from a preop center

  This was my second time having a colonoscopy at this location, and once again, I was so impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived at 6:00 a.m., I was greeted with genuine friendliness. The check-in process and paperwork were quick and easy, and my nurse, Dan, was especially kind and caring. The entire procedure was efficient and seamless. In a world where negativity often overshadows good experiences, I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the entire staff here for their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional care.

  rude and no patience . front desk doesn't listen to patient inquiries . go somewhere else . there are better places option to go for it . nurses is not compassionate to patient needs . the nurse left me without saying a word to sit or lay down for the preparation to test . the chairs are not comfortable and its very difficult to get off the chair without an armrest and risky to fall. there is no much communication as to what to expect of the test . i would go somewhere else .

  Considering this was my first Colonoscopy and I wasn't looking forward to it, Dr Randy (Youran) Gao, the Anesthetist and all the nurses here were absolutely fantastic and I couldn't have wished for a better experience from the initial consultation, through to the comms beforehand, the procedure itself and the aftercare. All phenomenal and I would highly recommend. Thanks
