Just awful experience here at this location. The scheduling process is a disaster, trying to get someone on the phone is even worse and god forbid you are waiting for results. I waited over three weeks to get my results to find out I had a pre cancerous mole. I called the office numerous times to get my results prior and was told the doctor will call me back, never did and when I finally got someone on the phone they went on how I was wrong, unbelievable. JUST GIVE ME THE RESULTS. I went sleepless for 3 weeks over results that could have been given to me with a simple call back. News flash, after looking at other reviews - don't think your system is working, I'd talk to corporate and get a new system in place esp without this awful 3rd party operator and this Zocdoc is crap. People want to talk to actual people esp when it's concerning their health! And then they charged me ($189) for the mole to be removed, wth???? Which they didn't mention at all during the visit. Sure, maybe that's
