  Synergy Home Care was a welcoming breath of fresh air from the initial phone call. Director Vickie is not only professional and knowledgeable about the needs of those requesting home health care but she is especially passionate about the care of Veterans. Her fine tuned screening skills provided the perfect home care needed for our loved one. Special thanks to Nicole and Rosita for their attentiveness and customer care.

  Mom, 90 years old, and Dad, 93 years old, were living together in their house for 69 years. Mom got sick and went to the hospital in February and Dad was alone in his house. My husband and I decided they can't live alone in their house any more. So while mom was in the hospital we contacted Vickie Lavelle from Synergy to help us get a 24/7 live in aide for our parents. Vickie held our hand through the whole process and we ended up with an amazing aide who we all grew to love. Our parents also had long term care insurance and Vickie helped us through that process as well. Vickie came to the house and met our parents, also came to the long term care assessment meeting and stopped by once in a while to see how we were all doing. Thank you so much Vickie and Synergy, especially Vickie, for making all of our lives easy through a very hard time.

  Vickie Lavelle from Synergy HomeCare was recommended to me by another person in the industry. I was looking for a caregiver for a younger family member. From the first minute I spoke with Vickie, she was compassionate, friendly and an excellent listener. I chose to use this agency because I felt with Vickie on the case, I knew I would always have someone to call who would be responsive. The caregiver has been terrific and kind, with an excellent work ethic. I just spoke to Vickie again today to ask a few questions. She called me back quickly and had all the answers. I highly recommend Vickie and Synergy HomeCare.
