If you want great results without the stress, this is the place. Cal takes all the guesswork out of fitness with fun, varied workouts tailored to your goals. The vibe is incredibly welcoming and everyone who trains here is super nice. I actually look forward to going to my sessions!

Calvin is an excellent trainer -- I've been working out with him for almost 2 years and the improvement I've seen has been significant. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to building strength and is great at creating personalized programs tailored to your individual goals. Highly recommend!

I started working with Calvin at DeFranco's Gym a couple of years ago after a knee injury significantly reduced my activity level and fitness. Calvin took the time to understand my goals and tailored a program to help me rebuild strength, regain confidence, and get back to playing tennis and living normally again. What truly sets him apart is how genuinely he cares about his clients, combined with the welcoming and motivating environment at DeFranco's Gym--it's a place I genuinely enjoy coming to.
