Michele is awesome!! I've had several trainers over my life but none of them seemed to care if I reached my goals and always ended up as a gossip session which is not what I was paying for. I finally found an awesome trainer that helped me reach my goals. Michele has helped me lose 20 lbs!!! I'm a difficult client with certain limitations but she was able to work with me and motivate me to stay on track. I even started noticing definition in my arms which I didn't think was possible....thank you Michele!!!
