Honestly a great location, couldn't ask for more. Reasonable pricing, no crazy price hikes (raised price once after a year and a half of renting by like $20), easy loading and unloading with the truck bay, and two large elevators with large carts for moving boxes and furniture. Very clean, the most I saw when I cleared out my stuff was a few dead ladybugs lol. Great staff too, super accommodating and kind.

I had an amazing experience with this storage company from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me total peace of mind leaving my belongings there. The units are easy to access, and everything is organized in a way that makes moving in and out super convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the manager, Nick. He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running the place smoothly. If you're looking for a reliable storage company with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. Thanks again to Nick for making the whole process so easy!

We just started renting a storage unit with Columbia Self Storage and so far the experience has been wonderful! We met with Nick last week who showed us around the facility so we could get a sense of which unit size would be ideal for us. After we made our decision, Nick was extremely helpful in getting us all squared away with our lease contract, payment, and unit access! Thanks for all your help, Nick!
