I had a really nice experience here today. I'm not normally a hat guy, so I went in not really knowing what to expect, but the young guy behind the counter did a great job of showing me everything I wanted to look at, took his time, wasn't rushed, gave me some suggestions and answered lots of questions - all around very nice mom-and-pop store kind of customer service. I looked at one hat that had a slight defect on it, and he was quick to point it out before I even noticed it in case I was one of these super meticulous hat people. (All of the other hats looked immaculate.) The selection at this store is large and they have a bunch of custom hats that they've designed, so you won't find them elsewhere. I bought two hats that I'm pretty excited about. The store looked closed when I got there, and the guy said that they often look closed but are open, so give the door a knock even if it is locked. Highly recommend for local hat shop, and the guy said that they sell most of their hats onli

This is not a store. It is a waste of time. They want you to order and pay online and then curbside pick up. They should tell you that. I just drove here and wasted my time. Very annoying.
