I don't use This place<br>they made me feel like my coat was not as valuable , As the coats they have.<br>My coat was a custom-made coat from Maximilian in Bloomingdale's.

Staff is amazingly friendly that met us at the door. Greeted us with kindness the sale was amazing love my new jacket. Thank you so much to Michelle for all your help and patience helping me find the jacket that fit perfectly. Also the gentleman that was there was so sweet I just don't know his name.

They charged me for work not completed. They promised to fix several problems with my jacket, yet didn't do it even though they had months in storage to do it.. Then they promised to fix it at "no charge" only to "find" $300 worth of more "repairs" needed!!!<br>Repairs remained undone ..Poor service. GO ELSEWHERE!
