  Working with Nicholas was a blessing. I'll share my story to give perspective, I've relocated from LA to PA and Nicholas managed to support every day multiple times a day, it was real time communication to clarify any question and doubt I could have. We had a deadline of Dec. 29th because that was my planned arrival at PA and the seller accepted my offer beginning of Dec. timing was against us but Nicholas gave me the best options with thorough explanation of pros and cons, I went for FHA loan and I got the clear to close in 3 weeks!!!<br><br>Really made the experience different of what I heard because it usually take 60 days to close and longer with FHA but I was able to get the key of my new house as first time home buyer on a RECORD time. It still feels surreal and I know it was all possible thanks to the tenacity and hard work of the best loan officer. Thanks Nicholas for all the help and hand holding on this process. Highly recommended and I'll call you again if I buy another hous

  Nicholas hizo que todo el proceso para el prestamo y compra de nuestra primera casa fuera rapido y de una manera transparente, lo que mas nos gusto fue la transparencia y lo diligente que fue en todo el proceso. Generalmente en la compra de casas lo que mas retrasa es el proceso del prestamo y nunca en mi vida habia visto un proceso de compra llevarse a cabo en 3 semanas. El tiempo que nos dieron aproximado fue de 60 a 90 dias para cerrar y con la determinacion de Nicholas se logro un tiempo record para cumplir con la fecha que necesitabamos. Infinitamente agradecida por su servicio y emocionada de tener este servicio disponible cuando sea mi tiempo de comprar.

  Nicholas is amazing to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Nicholas took the time to explain everything, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and made the process so easy!
