HORRIBLE! The absolute worst customer service and the glass that was installed has a green tint to it. I wish I did not follow through with selecting John and his company because it created months of headache. Do not waste your time or money.

Overall , very disappointed in John's customer service, lack of communication & accountability . We wanted to make this work as he was a fantastic guy in person , but I seriously have NO idea how someone can run a business who came highly recommended and disappointed us the way he did . No apology, no communication , nothing . Please consider the negative reviews on this business before truly taking the risk. We own a locksmith business and work for retail corporate stores. Long story short, we partnered with John to tackle a project for us as they are the specialist in glasswork. Fast forwarded after giving a respectable 4 week lead time , he kept moving the time frame due to a material not arriving, needing more time to set everything up and ultimately a no show the day of service. First it was Thursday, then it became Friday at 9am , then it was at 4pm - He has since then left us on read, doesn't return our calls and shows poor character. Had a small replacement window job for the door of my credenza. John took care of it on the spot, was very reasonable with pricing and I was kept company by my new buddy Fred the Cat. Great place, great people and great service! Did I mention my new friend Fred?

Great service and workmanship. I called for a broken glass window, and the next day came and replaced it. Installers were courteous and professional. In addition, very clean and great pricing.

I had a great experience with Hudson Glass. They installed a shower door and every step in the process was great - from initial quote, measurement, installation and quick follow up visit to make minor adjustment. Great communication as well. I would recommend without reservation.

This catastrophe has been going on since September '23. The company took on this job, took weeks to fix it. I finally got it back and the shelf failed. They ghosted my calls to come fix it. They finally showed up after multiple calls, and did half the job. The owner, John said they would be back that Thursday to do the second step and NEVER showed up. They ghost you. They act as though you're irritating them, and inconveniencing them when you DO get a hold of someone. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOMINABLE! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!
