One of the greatest doctors, I'm so sad I can no longer come because they will no longer take my health insurance, I can't imagine not having Dr Brackenrich to go, I don't know who I will go to now and really don't want to go to someone that doesn't know me. This Dr<br>Listens, cares he goes above and beyond for his patients.<br>When it comes to Optum, I would give it 2 stars, Optum customer service over the phone is awful, there isn't a way to reach the front desk, they never have appointments available, they tell you they are completely booked for a week to 2 weeks out, but when I come in person they are able to put me in the next day.<br>Other Optum doctors were not great either

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Justin. His bedside manner is truly unmatched--he is kind, attentive, and always takes the time to really listen to me. I never feel rushed during appointments, and his attention to detail ensures I always receive the best care possible. Dr. Justin genuinely cares about his patients, and it shows in everything he does. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an amazing doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone--I truly believe he's the best!
