They are extremely misleading, and I strongly recommend staying away from this practice.<br><br>Their website explicitly claims that they offer pediatric dermatology services, which is why I made an appointment for my child. However, when I called, the front desk receptionist informed me that none of their doctors actually specializes in dermatology. This is a serious discrepancy between what they advertise and what they apparently provide.<br><br>When I explained that I wanted to cancel the appointment specifically because the service advertised on their website was not actually available, I was still told that I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I clearly explained the reason for the cancellation and that I had made the appointment based on the information provided on their own website, yet they refused to waive the fee.<br><br>This experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, feels deceptive and dishonest.
