  Bricon Collision was recommended to me by my local mechanic, as my local guy did not fix windshield seals (windshield was fine & it did not need to be replaced). When I met with the Bricon team, Jeff and Elias, they were very courteous and went to look at my car immediately. Since it was something that did not require the car to be left for a long period of time or overnight, they went to work on it immediately. They had a clean and comfortable sitting room for customers which I utilized while waiting. When done I was pleased with the work and the price. I definitely recommend Bricon, and commend them for their professionalism and friendliness.

  I had a really good experience at Bricon getting my side mirror fixed! The service was quick, professional, and totally stress-free, and the staff were super friendly and easy to deal with. My car looks great, and I'm really happy with the quality of the work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

  A perfect experience with Bricon. A large tree limb smushed our beloved Honda Pilot, and Bricon needed it for a month. To start the process, they arranged Enterprise to come to their shop and drop off the rental, which was a massive help. They also took care of the rental when I dropped it off at Bricon, one month later. Couldn't have been easier.<br><br>During the month, they kept in close contact, providing me with updates on the repairs. We're still waiting on one part, but they were thoughtful enough to get it drivable so I could return the rental during the insurance's 30 day period.<br><br>To top it all off, the car came back cleaner than when I dropped it. Washed and detailed. As someone who works in customer experience, I was absolutely blown away at the level of care Bricon showed this patron.<br><br>Five stars. Can't recommend enough.
