  After leaving a BJJ school that I called home for years, it became really hard to find a new school. I stopped training for over 5 years and I finally gave this school a chance and I'm so happy I did. Everyone is so friendly, the school is beautiful, and spotless clean. I am so impressed. I'm looking forward to building a new home here. Oss.

  I had been considering trying out Jiu-Jitsu for a while and decided to come to a free trial class at Gregor Gracie. From day one, I was hooked!<br>The professors are top-notch, dedicated and passionate about teaching jiu-jitsu. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to learning and training more.<br>I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting BJJ or someone more experienced looking for a great place to train.

  Both my girls go here starting in the little kids group and moving up to the 8-10 group. I cannot praise and thank the coaches enough. They're super supportive, genuinely love the kids and are strict when necessary just to the right level. My kids even did their first competition and loved it! The other parents who come here are also great and it's really a great community to be part of.

  There is a real sense of community here, and it's something you feel immediately.<br><br>The instructors have taken the time to truly get to know my son. He cried for 2x weeks straight (apparently not rare!) when he first came but I'm so glad we stuck it out. They haven't just helped him grow physically, but--more importantly--mentally. Over the almost two years we've been training here, I've watched my son become more confident, respectful, and resilient. I genuinely believe that BJJ, and this gym in particular, has changed the trajectory of his life.<br><br>There are many martial arts gyms around, but this one stands far above the rest. It's not just a place to drop your kids off to burn energy and kill time (though it's great for that too!). The instruction is intentional, thoughtful, and rooted in a real love for BJJ as both a sport and a discipline. The coaches know when to be patient and when to push my son striking a balance that is incredibly rare and so important for kids.<br>

  I started BJJ with no experience and felt comfortable from day one. The instructors explain techniques clearly and make sure everyone feels included. Best decision I've made.
