Recently i went at this store but the service was so bad the women giving me ice cream was behaving like i was asking for free she was taking on phone and even not replying my question

Not sure if there was a management change, but this place is super pleasant when visiting for ice cream. The portions were generous and it was clean inside. Will go again to confirm generous portions

Went to baskin robbins here after dinner to get a scoop of ice cream, the lady there working on a Sunday night was so pleasant and so kind. Usually didn't have good experience with people working at baskin robbins but she was generous with a scoop of ice cream and let me try the new flavor as well without any annoyed expression. I wanted to leave a good review hoping she will see this :) thank you for your kindness!

It never has the flavors that Baskin Robbin's shows online. Which I get not every store will have the same stuff, but they don't even have the normal monthly flavor. They also never get the order right. This last time I ordered cookie dough ice cream, and I literally don't even know what flavor I actually got. Given it a good few visits because it's so close to home but never again.

I ordered an ice cream cake from this shop.<br>At our event I cut in and there was NO CAKE! It was just ice cream and frosting on top.<br><br>I double checked my order and I did specify chocolate cake clearly on the order.<br><br>Waste of $40.

What a shitty store. Ordered via Uber eats asked me to cancel my order so they dont get charged.<br>Ended up paying 30 bucks for a icecream they couldnt make.<br>Shame on you scammers
