    Great small gated community with beautiful landscapes within. Right on the water and next to the old Edgewater movie theater (now it's gone and piles are still left on the ground.) You can walk to Fleming's steak place and some other awesome restaurants in City Place. Marshals and Burlington are steps away. Nice waterfront walkway in the back with a secluded park that has benches overlook the Hudson River. I heard a ferry will be here within the next two years so this would be great for going to the city for both work n pleasure.

    Lived here for two years. I would have moved sooner if not for a job I was attached to.<br>This community has a lot of noise pollution. There's a very loud building complex next store that is constantly doing construction. There's also not a lot of restaurants (except 50 different pizza places). The movie theater next door was torn down 3 years ago.... and the building material and rubble and debris WAS LEFT IN GIANT PILES THAT ARE STILL THERE... it's a disgusting wasteland.<br>The worst thing of all is a toxic smell in the neighborhood that comes from a nearby construction site. I would not recommend this area.
