  Craig was the BEST investment my husband and I could have spent on our potential future home. He took nearly 5 hours on the inspection and found a lot of potential issues with a very expensive home we were about to purchase. Because of Craig's amazing work we ended up not getting the house due to finding structural issues that I'm sure the home owner did not want us to find. He is so detailed oriented and really cares about his work. I could have easily paid any other inspector who probably would have told us this house was okay, but he saved us so much potential future costs. I can't thank him enough for all his connections he referred us to and his patience with us.

  I invited Craig to inspect two houses for us, and I can honestly say that if anyone is leaving a 1-star review here, it's probably a seller whose interests were affected.<br><br>Craig is the kind of inspector who tells you the full truth about a property, even when it's not what someone wants to hear. He literally climbs onto rooftops to check for leaks. He uses every possible method to access areas that can be inspected, and if he physically can't reach a spot, he even uses binoculars to examine it carefully. He leaves no corner unchecked.<br><br>He is extremely thorough, responsible, and patient. He answers every question in detail even after the inspection is completed. He also gave us practical advice on what type of professionals we should hire for repairs and how to prioritize issues.<br><br>What impressed me most was his long-term perspective. He pointed out structural risks that may not look serious today but could potentially lead to serious problems, even collapse, ten years

  Craig did our home inspection this Friday while now we are purchasing a new home. He spent really good amount of time into each detail and had the report ready right away in the second day as we have a hard deadline. He is very reliable!! The report quality is high. Highly recommend his service!!

  Craig did home inspection when we were buying our first home. He did a great job checking every detail of the home, and explaining to us everything not only the current conditions but also how we should maintain the home. As first time home buyers, the knowledge is very helpful. Craig is a honest home inspector and I couldn't recommend him more!

  IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD! This home inspector is nothing but a fear monger. His "report" is full of catch all's such as "this could happen" or "if may be a problem at some point, but we don't know". Worse so is that he misdiagnosed so called "issues". For example, he wrote in his report that there was a buzzing coming from the electrical panel. Upon further inspection, it was a vibration that happen when the central air conditioner turned on. I would think that a "seasoned" inspector such as Mr. Lynch would know the difference. If you are buying a house i would steer clear of hiring Mr. Lynch. In my opinion he throws everything at the wall seeing what will stick in the hopes that the Buyer calls off the deal and he gets paid to come back and inspect the property an additional time. I have dealt with home inspectors and never came across one as awful as Mr. Lynch. Home buying and selling is an exciting but stressful time. Hiring Mr. Lynch will only lead to additional stress a
