  Absolutely the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I've been to this branch twice, and both experiences were awful. The staff act like customers are an inconvenience and couldn't care less about providing even basic customer service.<br>One employee in particular was incredibly rude, and Rafael clearly needs serious customer-service training. If you hate your job this much, there are plenty of people who would actually appreciate the opportunity to work it.<br>Walking into this location is genuinely a miserable experience. The attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete lack of concern for customers are unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this because this level of service is embarrassing.   I visited the Spectrum store yesterday to transfer my mobile service, and I had a great experience thanks to Manny F. and Mia R.<br><br>At first, the process was a bit slow, but Manny stepped in right away to patiently guide Mia and walk us through every single detail we needed. Thanks to his great teamwork and mentorship, all of our requests were handled smoothly and accurately!<br><br>I really appreciate Manny's professionalism and willingness to teach, as well as Mia's effort to help us out. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location.
