  I cannot recommend Family Moving LLC based on my experience. I hired a moving brokerage company (unbeknownst to me) who contracted this company.<br><br>I paid an initial deposit to the brokerage company based on an estimate of 286 cubic feet. $2372.50 total. A deposit of $892.<br><br>The crew arrived roughly four hours earlier than the agreed pickup time after I had specifically arranged an afternoon pickup because I was retrieving belongings from New Jersey. From the moment I arrived home, I was repeatedly pressured to begin loading while I was still preparing.<br><br>Before pickup, I had carefully measured and catalogued my shipment, removed several large items from my move estimated, and I estimated my load would be approximately 180 cubic feet. I was extremely organized and prepared despite needing to rush through finalizing things. There were no loose or unstackable items or things that needed to be packed.<br><br>The foreman asked me whether I spoke Spanish and then told me that

  The men that came to move my mom where wonderful. She is 80 and not stable on her feet, she came outside with me and when going back in the house he helped her get up the stairs. They where very professional. Yes we went over what we thought we had so it cost a bit more than expected but that was on us, not them. We also swiched up to having to go into storage for a couple weeks and they gave us 1 month free. Everything was explained before they started, during the process and at the end. They where very efficient at wrapping the furniture to protect it and I was amazed at how fast they worked. I would highly recommend them.

  I have to admit after such an ordeal Johnathan and Henry were excellent workers and truly deserve a raise for their professional work. Thanks again guys for being so thoughtful with my furniture

  My lady was moving to South Carolina and Jose and Christian were excellent. They got the job done quickly and efficiently! They took the time to explain the process and how it would go moving forward. I would recommend greatly!!!!

  Update: I sent an email with paperwork to confirm having used your service.<br><br>Took delivery over 25 days to move from NY to TX, past due from agreed date for delivery ,and Inventory showed 18 missing boxes/totes/items. Not 1 box, but 18!!<br><br>Decades of memory you cant replace, collections lost, and damaged items.<br><br>Ive pictures of broken vintage item as well and damaged totes.<br><br>Will assume that how they treat disabled veterans and their families. Unacceptable!!!
