  We recently began working with Dr. Kahane at the Kahane Center, and I felt compelled to share our experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but just as importantly, she is kind, caring, and genuinely encouraging--not only to her clients, but to their families as well.<br><br>After years of seeking help in different places without finding the right support, our experience here has already been different in the best way. Even just through the evaluation process and one family session, we've received more insight, guidance, and thoughtful care than we have in a long time.<br><br>For any parent who feels like they've tried everything and still don't have answers--if you're feeling stuck or unsure of your next step--I would strongly encourage you to reach out. Taking that first step can feel overwhelming, but it's been truly worthwhile for our family. We're looking forward to continuing this journey with her.

  Highly recommend the Powers Family Coaching Sessions to support our children and ourselves developing executive skills for school. It brings parents together reflecting on how we can better raise up our children. Doctor Kahane is so knowledgeable, compassionate and a great helper for parents!

  The POWERS Program at the Kahane Center has been incredibly impactful for me--both as a parent and as a professional. The core and foundational skills taught in the program gave me a framework to better handle challenging parenting moments and focus on the process vs. the product (outcome). I've learned that success isn't about the immediate outcome with my child, but about how I respond and model regulation in tough situations.<br>Unexpectedly, these same skills have made me a better program manager at work. The emphasis on process, reflection, and communication has helped me navigate challenges and work more effectively with people at all levels of my organization.<br>POWERS has truly shifted how I think about parenting and leadership. I'm very grateful for the experience.

  Dr. Kahane has been a knowedgeable, warm and friendly provider to our family. I am a participant in the POWERS Parenting groups, and she strikes an incredible balance of providing practical strategies while helping parents understand what is REALLY going on with our kiddos. This has been a wonderful, judgement-free resource that I look forward to continue learning from, and exposing my son to in the future. I encourage any struggling parent to reach out. Dr. Kahane will call you herself and understand how she can support your family.
