    I want to commend the medical staff for the exceptional care they provide. However, I was disheartened by the dismissive attitude of the receptionist. Given the high caliber of the medical team, I would expect the front-of-house customer service to reflect that same level of professionalism.

    My appointment was at 9:15 and I was out by 9:45 . The location is nice and I have been here before in a different floor for physical therapy.I was greeted by friendly staff and my main reason for being here is Dr. Segarra-Rivera. She treated me with such respect as a patient in Englewood hospital, and decided to continue my follow up care with her. Seeing her again for the second time makes me comfortable enough to recommend her. Wherever she goes, whether Englewood outpatient or Secaucus outpatient I will follow for great care.
